At Remi & Nico, we take care to ensure your jewellery is prepared and dispatched with attention and precision.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or promotions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping & delivery timeframes

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier networks, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Australian & international shipping

We ship within Australia and to selected international destinations.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs & carrier delays

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal services, or events outside our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable in these circumstances.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

If you need to update your address, contact us at hello@remiandnico.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Undelivered or returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect, we may, at our discretion:

  • re-ship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • refund the order less any shipping or return-to-sender fees, where permitted by law.

Returned parcels are not considered standard returns under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
