Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Hygiene policy – earrings and pierced jewellery

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, tried on, worn, or used, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This includes (but is not limited to): flat-back earrings, studs, cartilage jewellery, and threaded labret-style earrings.

Other jewellery (non-pierced items)

For jewellery that is not designed for piercing (such as rings, necklaces, or bracelets), returns may be accepted under the standard return conditions above, provided the item is unworn and unused.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photos where possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery once opened, tried on, worn, or used (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty or incorrect
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale items (unless required by law)
  • Gift cards

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For eligible non-pierced jewellery items, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return first and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.


United Kingdom / European customers: 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason.

This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This includes earrings and pierced jewellery, unless faulty or incorrect.

As above, eligible items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.
